Saracakis Group of Companies expanded its activities into neighboring Bulgaria in 2005. Sigma Bulgaria SJSC, a subsidiary of our Group, is the Exclusive Importer and Distributor in Bulgaria of Volvo Construction Equipment (VCE), KAESER (mobile compressors), CLUB CAR (utility and golf cars), DAZZINI (Block Quarries cutting equipment) as well as other renowned manufacturers of construction and industrial machinery.

Regarding Volvo Construction Equipment, the company covers the import, distribution, and technical support across 11 product categories: wheel loaders, crawler excavators, wheeled excavators, articulated haulers, rigid trucks, compact excavators, compact wheel loaders, material handlers, demolition machines, pipelayers, and electric machines.

The headquarters currently operate in new, modern, and functional facilities in Sofia, which include offices, a warehouse, and a service station. In addition, a fully operational branch is located in Varna, as well as service points in other cities such as Plovdiv, Burgas, Veliko Tarnovo, Vratsa, and Ruse, ensuring comprehensive coverage of our customers’ equipment and technical support needs.

Sigma Bulgaria SJSC is a service-oriented company, with a strong focus on after-sales technical support. Its service points provide 100% nationwide coverage within 24 hours, supported by the availability and stock of spare parts that cover 95% of corrective maintenance cases.

At the same time, the company offers a full range of commercial and financial solutions—new, used, or rental machines—through operating and financial leasing.
